Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking or renting a vehicle with Motoride Rentals, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
  • You must provide valid identity proof and address proof at the time of booking.
  • International customers must carry a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made online or via WhatsApp.
  • Full payment must be made prior to vehicle pickup unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

3. Vehicle Usage

  • Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with traffic laws.
  • The renter is responsible for fuel, parking charges, and traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
  • Sub-leasing, lending, or using the vehicle for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection.

5. Damage & Liability

  • The renter is responsible for any damages, accidents, or losses during the rental period.
  • In case of an accident, you must notify us immediately and follow due legal process.
  • Insurance coverage, if applicable, will be explained at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the pickup time may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

7. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used only for service delivery and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mysore courts.
